Shipping time
Shipping times do not include processing time. Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be processed, but posting Monday to Saturday to get your order there as quick as possible. Please contact as as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your order to catch us before we send the order to you.

Royal Mail 24h (1-2 Workings days - (excluding processing time)
Royal Mail 2nd Class (2-5 working days - (Excluding processing time)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.
Delivery to Europe : 1-2 Weeks.
USA and Canada: 2-12 Weeks.
Australia: 2-12 Weeks.

The above delivery timescales can be affected by Bank Holidays, seasonal backlogs, world pandemics, etc.

Note
We pack all our items as securely as possible and expect them to reach you in perfect condition. We inspect all items before dispatch. However, if something arrives damaged, please email us at: roomofmagicmoon@gmail.com or via the ‘contact us’ link and allow us to investigate.
As a lot of our parcels are sent signed for or won't fit through a letter box, you must have somewhere safe and secure for them to be left, or you may end up needing to collect them from your local depot or having to book a date for coutlier to attempt to deliver your parcel again.
If your order is returned to us due to it not being collected, or a re-delivery not being booked, (after they have attempted delivery) we cannot pay for delivery a second time. You may request a refund instead of having the parcel sent out a second time. But again, please contact us with any problems or further help.
